According to the New York Post, the exact terms of the settlements were undisclosed, but former Club New York owner Michael Bergos did not sign a confidentiality agreement, so he was able to put people on to what the settlement consisted of, saying the most seriously injured victim was paid $1.8 million. The two other victims of the shooting were paid $500,000 and $50,000. DAMN! It's all good that's something light to Diddy. *shrugs*

Diddy and Jennifer Lopez, plus Shyne Shyne and their bodyguard hit the club to celebrate the recent signing of Shyne to Bad Boy Records.
The celebration went all the way wrong when Diddy’s crew got into an altercation with a club-goer, which in turn caused Shyne to pull out his gun and start firing shots into the crowd.
Shyne was then convicted of shooting two bystanders, causing him to serve a 9 year bid in prison.

It is not attractive to have someone begging you to come back to them. Imagine if you met someone at a party for the first time, and they were really sad and saying "Please go out with me" - not attractive at all.
Most men fail to realise that their relationship has ended. They still behave as if they are a couple when their girlfriend has split up with them. This is usually because it is a "surprise". What you need to realise is that your girlfriend has been thinking about this for AGES. She hasn't suddenly broken up with you, she has thought about it in private, and probably done a lot of crying and emotional stuff behind your back. Whatever the situation - your relationship has changed completely - so don't act like nothing is wrong.
POINT 1: YOU MUST ACCEPT THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS OVER.
Once you have realised this - you can start to behave like yourself again. Go to the gym, do something new, get off your ass and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Sure it hurts sometimes, and you can cry in your bedroom until your eyes look like footballs, but to the outside world you need to be strong and in control. If a woman walks away, and sees you crumble, she'll walk away for good. Be strong. Start to realise that you are a GREAT CATCH. She would be damned lucky to have you. Stand tall. Be independent.
POINT 2: TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR EX FOR A WHILE, HANGING OUT AS "FRIENDS" MERELY CONFUSES YOU AND PROLONGS THE PAIN.
If a relationship is supposed to work out, it will. If you were made for each other, a few months apart will not kill your love. However, a few months apart will kill HABIT. If you think about her all the time, go to places hoping to see her, send her texts and emails and letters, you are not allowing your mind to move on. The sooner that you get over the emotion of it all, the sooner you can move on or get back together. You can't get back together successfully while you have a bleeding heart. Take some time out - heal yourself.
POINT 3: IF YOU HAVE TO SEE YOUR EX BECAUSE OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
Don't call her, and when you do talk, don't talk about how you broke up and miss her. If she steers the conversation onto that topic, say "Well, I tried to save it, but I guess it's too late now. Did you see ER last night? . .blah". Let her do the calling and running. Always let her know that you are glad she called. and that it was nice to speak to her, but don't pursue.
POINT 4: WHAT DO YOU WANT ?
Do you want her back? Or do you want what she used to be back. Remember that she will never be the sweet girl that you first met. She will always be the girls that dumped you (and did whatever else). Long term, can you live with this? Will you trust her again? If she comes home at 3am will you be worried? Remember that there are plenty more fish in the sea, and you can be just as happy with another person (who will not have all the baggage of the breakup).
You need to move on and can survive without her. When she tells you that "You never call and obviously don't care" - tell her that you do care, but need to get on with life and find someone who loves you and is prepared to stand by you.
DON'T DON'T DON'T chase her. You will never get her back. Be strong and you might get her back. If you do the things that I have said two things may happen :
1) You become a much stronger person, more attractive to your EX, and you get back together. But realise that you have to stay as this "stronger person" to keep her interested. If you go back to being the way you were she may well leave again.
2) She doesn't come back, but your head is in a better place and you are not so sad anymore. You'll meet someone else. Be yourself, and see if it works out. Find someone who loves you for who you are.

“The hip-hop mogul spotted the agents at about noon as he walked out of the W Hotel in Union Square, sources said. Once on the street, Rosemond walked north and tried to outrun the agents until he was finally arrested on 21st Street and Park Avenue South.
The US Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn charged Rosemond in a complaint today with orchestrating the delivery of multiple kilos of cocaine from Los Angeles to the New York City metropolitan area. Millions of dollars in drug proceeds went from New York back to California, the complaint charged.”
A report by Reuters says Henchmen may be facing some very stiff sentencing.
“Rosemond, 46, the CEO and co-founder of Czar Entertainment, is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Brooklyn federal court, following his arrest Tuesday morning by U.S. Marshals and agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted on the charges, according to federal prosecutors.”

Lil man Jamar died of an infection to his lacerated pancreas and intestine at Montefiore Medical Center late Friday. Prosecutors charged the worthless mother with murder and manslaughter. She was ordered held without bond.
Kim's lawyer, Camille Abate, said she should not have been charged with murder. <----huh? What planet are you living on right now? FUKKOUTTA HERE.
“The facts do not establish at all that this mother tried to kill her child,” Abate said. “I have no idea whether hitting someone with their hand causes these kinds of injuries. It’s clear that for two days she was worked over by police.”
Jamar’s family called his death “inexcusable.”
“Whether or not she did it on purpose doesn’t matter, because my beautiful grandson is gone and he’s not coming back,” said Betsy Johnson, the boys nana. “It’s a tragedy. It’s inexcusable.”
This is so damn sad. My heart goes out to the family. Someone like that doesn't need to a parent. SMFH.

Apparently, she had plowed her Mercedes into a tree that had fallen into the road during a recent storm.
When cops arrived, Nivea had “bloodshot, glassy eyes and smelled like alcohol.” Nivea told police she only had three drinks earlier in the evening.
Nivea was then arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving. The child in the car was unharmed and had no signs of injuries and was released to Nivea’s boyfriend.

"They were running up and down the road- no clothes on," said Nilaja Wyatt, 17. She decided to take control of the situation after her friend Aaliyah Glover said her mother almost ran over one of the kids.
"We saw a little boy -- he ran in front of our car so my mother had to swerve her car," Aaliyah Glover said.
The teens gathered the six children and brought them inside. That's when they found out the kids' 2-year-old brother was in the upstairs apartment all by himself. The door was locked, so they broke in.
"He was crying," Wyatt said. "He had a snotty nose, everything, crying standing by the door."
They said there was no food in the apartment.
"They were hungry," Glover said. "We asked them did they eat, he said he didn't eat in two days."
So the teens fed and bathed the children and waited for their mom, who was out with a boyfriend, to come home. She never did, so they called the cops.
Police Chief Tom Comey said Francine Davis, 40, had left the children in the care of their oldest sibling, a 14-year-old autistic child. He said Davis had nothing to say when she turned herself in.
"You left your children in the care of somebody who wasn't emotionally or mentally capable," Comey said. "What can you say? There's nothing you can say that can ease that."
Now these teens are being called heroes.
"I felt like if I was in their situation in their shoes, I would want someone to help me," Glover said.
Davis is facing six counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The children are now in foster care.

It's crazy how this one dude may have solved what's to be the most unsolved murder cases of today. Dexter Isaac, a suspect in the 1994 shooting and robbery of Tupac at Quad Studios, has confessed to the crime. Also saying that Jimmy Henchmen paid him $2500 to do the robbery, and he says he still has the chain he took from Tupac as proof. SMFH...Isaacs, who is now serving a life sentence for unrelated crimes, admitted to the shooting in a statement released today in response to a previous statement made by Henchmen following his recent indictment on drug charges. The most interesting thing about Isaac’s statement though is that he promises to bring closure to both ‘Pac and Biggie’s mothers “at a different time”. Then he chastises Henchmen and Puff for trying to “come off all innocent-like” and asks Henchmen whether or not he’s going to flip on Puff when the Fed’s finally catch up to him. Isaac, who feels that Henchmen threw him under the bus after he sat in prison and kept his mouth shut for 13 years, clearly has some damning information and seems like he’s ready to share everything.

HHS announced earlier today that there's a new contract with the Heartland Alliance of Chicago to create a first-ever resource center for LGBT refugees. The new program is part of the Obama administration’s belief that “comprehensive human rights include the elimination of violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity,” <-----coming from David Hansell, assistant secretary for the Administration for Children and Families, a division of HHS.
LGBT refugees needed special attention that differed from others, according to the government’s Office of Refugee Resettlement.
Here's what ORR Director Eskinder Negash had to say, “The current resettlement network has limited understanding of the LGBT community,” said ORR Director Eskinder Negash in a statement. “No information exists in the context of available resource materials specifically for LGBT refugees. The need for these services is critical to ensure their successful resettlement in the U.S.”
