Ok, so before i start please keep in mind i am not asking how to get back with my ex, i am just asking for advice on how to cope with my situation.
Anyway, when i was 16 (i'm 33 now) i started going out with my ex. He was my first everything (Love, intimate partner...etc) anyway things were great till his brother told him i'd cheated, which i hadn't. I did go with my friend to meet a guy she liked at the time, but i was not interested in anyone else. My ex believed his brother and didn't speak to me for a while and me being stubborn just let him go. Anyway for the next few years every time i went out i always ended up being with him at the end of the night, we never mentioned getting back together i was just happy to be with him.
When i was 19 it all stopped as i got a job that meant i worked long hours and he went into the army. About a year later i heard he was with another girl and she got pregnant. My heart broke but i vowed to move on. He got married and had another child and i had my two kids but i could never face committing to anyone fully. My ex has always been in my head. I did have a six year relationship but i was always distant, which is why we split up.
Six years ago just before i had my son my worst nightmare happened, my ex and his family moved into the apartment just behind mine, now i can see into his house and he can see into mine (i catch him looking over a lot!) I tried to forget all about the pain it was causing me and move on but then my mum starts telling me that she has seen his mum and he's not happy but he has to stay for the kids. Then i see him in the street and i just put my head down and walk past him, it hurts too much to see him so talking to him would be worse. I would never consider being with him while he is married, it just isn't an option for me but it doesn't stop me dreaming.
I really need help on how to cope with this as its slowly eating me away and moving isn't an option either as its really hard to get a house where live. I've been looking for three years already!!

I suggest that you make that powerful move and get the fuck up and get out there and be around friends and family. Enjoy life. It's going to hard...yes I know...but you have to see what else is out there. The more you sit around and twirl your damn thumbs, YOU WILL NOT get over dude.
Pick your head and strut your shit as you walk past him. Don't ever let him see you with your head down. He's moved on and got married with kids...ummmm you have to get it together and get out and find the same.

The little girl's cousins John and Samantha Allen, both 23yrs old, confessed to locking her in the box the day she died. They have been charged with first-degree murder.
The toutured child's aunt and legal guardian, Cynthia Stolzmann who's 44yrs old and grandmother Judith Deal, 62yrs old, told authorities they previously punished her by placing her in the box. The two face child abuse and kidnapping charges.
When will ever end tho? My heart can't it...Nah b...Every single one of those muthafukkas deserve to walk down the aisle of "Wall of Shame" while getting bare licks.

e) you are a strong person and don't let people run you over
f) you have a strong and loving marriage and they can't get in-between spouses to spoil it
Haters can't stand to see you happy.
Haters will never want to see you succeed.
Most of our haters are people who are supposed to be
on our side (like some family and friends).
How do you handle your undercover haters?
You can handle these haters by:
1. Knowing who you are & who your true friends are
*(VERY IMPORTANT!!)
2. Having a purpose to your life: Purpose does not
mean having a job. You can have a job and still be
unfulfilled.
A purpose is having a clear sense of what God has called you to be.
Your purpose is not defined by what others think about you.
3. By remembering that what you have is by divine
prerogative and not human manipulation.
Fulfill your dreams! You only have one life to live...when its your
time to leave this earth, you want to be able to say, 'I've lived my
life and fulfilled my dreams, Now I'm ready to go HOME!
When God gives you favor, you can tell your haters, 'Don't look at
me...Look at who is in charge of me...'
Pass this to all of your family & friends who you know are
not hating on you including the person who sent it to you.
If you don't get it back, maybe you called somebody out!
Don't worry about it, it's not your problem, it's theirs.
Just pray for them, that their life can be as fulfilled as
yours! Watch out for Haters...BUT most of all don't become
a HATER!

Here's my situation....My ex is on some bullshit. She ended a 11yr relationship cause dudes be in her ear talking shit, that I'm no good and is using her. But I keep telling her them same dudes who's coming to you talking all that shit only want to get in your pants. My thing is, I still love her and will always love her. I don't know to deal with her telling me she wants her space after I invested 11 long joints with this woman. Yet, we still do all the couple shit we use to do before her breaking it off with me.
You have to give me something to go on so I can have a piece of mind and move the hell on.

First let me say that I'm sorry to hear about your situation after 11yrs of being with shorty. I'm going to clear and to the point with this one. My dude, understand that dealing with a breakup is going to leave you feeling vulnerable, lonely and otherwise not thinking straight. Everyone knows breaking up is hard to do. But staying in contact with your ex following a breakup? <------RED FLAG....That's where things get really tricky. By remaining in each other's lives. Trust me I know. One mistake you've made was to continue to be in her life after the break up. You can't...WAIT!!! Let me say that again, YOU CAN'T...seek comfort from your ex. That's a huge TAZ no-no! run to your friends cause they are the ones who have your best interests at heart and won't report back to your ex on what's going on in your life. This is actually one of the single most important steps you can follow during your breakup recovery. To heal and move on, you're going to need help. <------- That's what I'm here for. "The Street Therapist" You should not ever consider getting help from the person who broke you down.
You have to create new boundaries, and that means no phone calls, no e-mails, non of that texting shit nigga. Your ex is now your ex. That means it's time to “ex-tricate” that bitch from your life. She probably knows that she made a mistake and now want to continue to do all the things you two use to do when yall was together. But that's bullshit. If she still feels like she want or need a break, my nigga give her just that. Do what I did and follow my "Six-Month Rule" after a breakup, avoid all contact with your ex for at least six months. In giving yourself a six-month cushion, you greatly increase your chances of getting over your ex.
If you pay attention and actually follow these guidelines, your post-breakup recovery will be that much easier.

After speaking with someone who was apart of Nicholas circle, (left hand man) it was told to me that his death has nothing to do with "mistaken identity." This tragedy stems from an altercation that happened over Memorial weekend at a party. It so happens that the same group of guys attended a party on the 4th of July weekend, where Nicholas Telemaque was also in attendance.
As family and friends come together under one roof in a time of grievance, another one of his boys from his circle came up to a fellow friend and whispered: "Yo, I feel fucked up cuz the same dudes who bodied his friend, I smoke, eat, chill with the nigga. Like the nigga comes to the crib and shit." <------FUCKOUTTA HERE....
But with all the built up anger and animosity, and niggas wanting to retaliate and shit, will it ever end?

Peter Lucas Moses, a 27-year-old man, has been accused of killing a 4-year-old boy, Jason Higganbothan and a 28-year-old woman, Antoinetta Yvonne McKoy, because he thought the two were gay. A local Raleigh, NC news source reports,
DURHAM, N.C. — Prosecutors laid out the case Friday against a Durham man charged with killing a 4-year-old boy and 28-year-old-woman, saying he led a “religious” group of women and children who called him “Lord” and feared him.
Peter Lucas Moses, 27, faces first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Jadon Higganbothan, 4, and Antoinetta Yvonne McKoy, 28. Prosecutors said they will seek the death penalty against him. Defense attorneys didn't speak in his behalf at a court hearing Friday.
Prosecutors said Moses killed Jadon because he thought the child was gay and McKoy after he learned she couldn't have children and wanted to leave the group.
Prosecutors said the case came to police's attention in February when a young woman escaped from a house at 2109 Pear Tree Lane house, where she had lived with McKoy, Jadon, eight other children and three women charged in connection with the two slayings – Jadon's mother, Vania Rae Sisk, 25, Lavada Quinzetta Harris, 40, and Larhonda Renee Smith, 40.
The woman, whose identity wasn't released, told police that two people had died at the house, Durham County District Attorney Tracey Cline said. Court records have revealed that Durham police had a confidential informant in the case.
The women counted themselves as Moses' "wives or common-law wives," Cline said.
"The arrangement was the women would periodically occupy the master suite with" Moses, Cline said, adding that she wouldn't go so far as to say the group was a cult.
Living with them, all in one were room, were Sisk's four children and Lavada Harris' five children, prosecutors said. Moses is the father of all the children, except for Jadon.
Witnesses told Police of child's death:
Moses feared that Jadon might be gay because his father had left Sisk, and Moses told her to "get rid" of the child, prosecutors said.
"In the religious belief of that organization, homosexuality was frowned on," Cline said.
Sometime in October 2010, Smith told Moses that Jadon had hit another child's bottom, and Moses became angry and started walking around the house with a gun that belonged to Sisk, prosecutors said.
"He starts screaming, 'I told you to get rid of him!'" and told Sisk, "'How am I going to do this?'" Cline recalled the witness' account.
Moses ordered two of the women to set up computers and speakers in the garage, prosecutors said they were told by the witness. They said he started playing music with the Lord's Prayer in Hebrew, took Jadon in the garage and shut the door, and the women then heard a gunshot.
Prosecutors said the witness told them that the women helped clean up the body of Jadon, who had been shot in the head, and put it in a suitcase in Moses' master suite. He later told them to get the body out because it was beginning to smell, prosecutors said.
The other children, who have been placed in foster homes by Social Services, have told authorities they feared that Moses would do to them "what he did to Jadon," Cline said. "The children are fearful of Pete Moses Jr."
