(RnB Spotlight) The "superwoman" singer, Karyn White has returned after taking a family leave of absense seventeen years ago.

Speaking with one of my favorites sites UrbanBridgez, she says "It was just really hard for me to split myself and be a mother...for me! I mean some people do it, but this industry requires so much from you. I was at that point where they wanted me to go to that next level, so it was a bit of a sacrifice for me." Also adding "I didn’t realize this would all help me in the end. Because in today’s world being a brand is everything like with the reality shows!"
Singing what she knows best, she continues to along the path of uplifting women, from her classic single "Superwoman" to her new single "Sista, Sista."

The "SUPERWOMAN" states "I’m always speaking to my sisters of course…So to put out a song about strength and unity and to pick up where 'Superwoman' left off. 'Superwoman' was really about a man and Sista, Sista is really about the women and this is for the Sistas."

(Entertaining News) Don't know why for the lyfe of me that Veteran rapper Mystikal has officially announced his signing to the Cash Money label.

He's premiering his first single tonight on Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 radio show. Saying ----->

“It has been a truly long time since I have felt like a rapper and with this signing, and partnership, Birdman and Slim have given me my life as a rapper back,” I am ready to go. I am going to put my red Superman drawers, cape and boots on and go! This is a huge moment for me and I am truly excited to be with Cash Money Records.”

“It is an honor to get the opportunity to work with Mystikal, as we have a long history together,” adds Cash Money founder Bryan "Birdman" Williams. “He is a great artist and his talent, combined with our hard work and strong team, is going to result in some of the best music of his career. We are expecting great work from Mystikal. Slim and I already have him in the studio working on his first album for Cash Money.”

All these veteran rappers have no business signing with Cash Money. My opinion is that they suppose to have their own label signing other artists. They have too much time in the game to not have their own. *SHRUGS*

(Relationship Advice) You may find that your lyfe partner is someone who you would have never expected. However, there are certain type women you should always run away from. <-----*SHRUGS*

Gold diggers and feminists: Always avoid gold diggers. Women who are out only to find someone to provide for them financially are not what you want. Trust me. If a woman has no motivation to support herself, then odds are her goal is to be supported.

Women obsessed with marriage: Many women are infatuated with the idea of marriage. If any girl mentions making a family or getting married before you've even gotten to know her, run thataway. ------------------------------------------------> LOL

Argumentative women: Everyone knows that arguing can hurt a relationship. No one wants to deal with a nagging bitch who always want to argue all the damn time. Those are the bitter and angry women who you really need to avoid at all times.

Women who don't give space: Everyone needs some space and alone time, so if a woman can't give that to you, you shouldn't start a relationship with her. I'm just saying. If you gotta dodge phone calls about nothing from your girlfriend you may have inadvertently landed a clinger.

Women cheating on their men: I don't believe once a cheater, always a cheater. But if she's an compulsive cheater than don't waste your time dealing with that broad. Unless you enjoy being cheated on. In general, it's safer to date someone who holds herself and her relationships to a higher standard.

(Let's Talk About It) The question of the century, is can single men and women be just friends? Many say that it is not possible for a relationship to exist among adults. However, these people also whole-heartedly believe that no man woman relationship can exist without a man secretly wanting to ‘slide in the box' of every woman they encounter.

My opinion men do think about sex with most women they find attractive at first meeting, they are able to follow the rules of the 'friend girl' with a female that they truly love as a friend. This doesn’t mean that the thought of sex with their ‘friend girl' has never come up, but means that they have moved passed the immediate surge of sexual desire and accepted friendship.

And women, for the most part, particularly enjoy the company of male friends. There are lots of women who have better relationships with their 'friend boy,' that are free from all the bitching when it comes to woman and woman friendships. *SHRUGS* I'm just simply saying.
One of the major struggles that platonic friendships face is criticism from other people who can't mind their damn business. For the male female best friend, it can be difficult for others to understand the relationship, and quite often, their romantic relationships are met with jealousy or even anger. <------TRUTH

Although, both men and women in these relationships felt that the most important aspect of the friendship was constant, compassionate, and understanding communication.

So can men and women be just friends? The answer is a resounding yes. It may take some time to work out the boundaries of the relationship, but the bottom line is that both men and women can benefit from having friends of the opposite sex.

Let's Talk About It...

(Sex/Relationship) I hope you know at some point, no matter how hard or fast you run your past will catch up with you. But when you are dating, it is important to think more about your present and future than the many heartbreaks and heartaches or sexual endeavors that you have encountered in your life.

What's crazy is that men and women feel so differently about discussing the past with a date. Everyone knows that women tend to get more emotional, and most men try to altogether avoid an highly emotional or dramatic woman, about someone from the past simply makes your new date leery about what kind of woman you are, and your intentions. What's even confussing and fucked up is that  women don’t like to hear about past loves was in bed.  They don’t want to know about who you dated, or any insight into your relationships with other women. <------ TRUE

Check this shit out real quick....since each of us definitely brings our past into the future, what subjects are off limits and which should the two of you talk about?

Things You SHOULD Talk About with Your Date...Pay Attention ----->

- Employment. It’s important to know that the person you are dating has a pretty solid past when it comes to employment. If you are dating someone that has had 14 jobs in 12 months, <----- RED FLAG you are being given some pretty free insight into how irresponsible this person is. You can acquire some pretty pertinent information about where their priorities lie, how passionate they are about their job, what kind of work ethic they have and how responsible they are.

- Family. Go ahead and bring up mom and dad or the siblings to see what kind of reaction you get from your date. *SIDE EYE* For one thing, shared family values are very important if you want your relationship to survive long term. You can learn a lot about how your date feels about love and relationships. Look for those red flags or indications that their past is sketchy to say the least and you may avoid some major issues to come.

- Sports/Music/Recreation. It is very important to find common ground, and find some conversation topics that the two of you enjoy. By discussing and asking about the different recreational activities that your date enjoys or participates in, you can create bonds. Plus, if you find that the two of you are Football and Basketball fans, this gives you a great destination for a subsequent date.

Things You SHOULD NOT Discuss With your Date...Pay Attention ----->

- Sex. This one should be obvious, but it often isn’t. The things you say while on the date, could come back to bite you in the ass months or years if the relationship evolve.

- The Ex or Exes. Seriously, shut the fuck up already about the damn exes.  If the subject arises, you don’t have to say any thing more than something like, “I have recently come out of a serious relationship!”  And even that may be too much. Try to keep these people out of the conversation, and be evasive if you are asked. The time to discuss the past people in your life is much, much later down the road.

- Your Personal Sad Story. Not only is this a boring and pathetic topic, but people don’t want to know how you have survived depression, are a recovering addict in the beginning of a relationship. This can make the relationship with you seem like too much work with too much baggage, which will pretty much ensure you won’t get another date. Try to keep the conversation about the positive things in your life.

And avoid conversations about MARRIAGE!

Know that you only get one chance to make a first impression.

(Unsigned Artist)

Artist name JI song title Gotta Go.

If life were perfect the world would be full of success stories and fulfilled people to tell them. The truth is the world is brutal sometimes and it is full of people who are scared, who wonder and who struggle to deal with life circumstance. Life is full of fake people who live underneath masks of truth and clothes of reality. Music is an outlet to those who experience at times what seems like an inaccessible happiness. This is a collective account of artists who dare to be themselves in the organized confusion.

The artists from 365 Entertainment have the dream to pursue music although society rarely shows its gratitude to the performer. Like so many artists they were influenced by more established entertainers such as those associated with the Jersey movement and west coast rappers as well.

Some artists find their passion for music in different ways such as young artist Ji. Recording since 1996, this former stand out athlete writes his lyrics as a representation of his life. Ji uses practical real life situations as inspiration for his eclectic style and intense deliverance. He insists that two prerequisites for great music are principals and individuality. His family and his experiences in a school setting hold prescience in both his rhyme schemes and his confidence as an artist.
